1. Responsible for energy storage system battery modules PACK、RACK、 Structural design of high-voltage cabinets, combiner cabinets, and containers;
2. Responsible for the structural design of high and low voltage electrical cabinets and distribution cabinets, meeting the design requirements of structural electrical standards;
3. Responsible for the structural design of containerized energy storage systems, including temperature control, fire protection, reasonable layout of internal equipment, installation, construction, insulation, anti-corrosion treatment and other processes of battery racks and inverters (PCS) inside the container;
4. Responsible for evaluating the rationality of battery module, battery rack, electrical cabinet, and container design to ensure product reliability and safety;
5. Organize technical data, BOM tables, and related technical documents; Technical guidance, process improvement, design optimization, and other work during the trial production, assembly, and other stages of new products;
6. Research and application of new materials, new technologies, and new processes to enhance product reliability, safety, lightweighting, improve assembly efficiency, and reduce costs.
