(1) Develop a development plan and design a sodium ion battery system based on project requirements and customer input electrical performance indicators.

(2) Promote the production and manufacturing of batteries, and deliver the technical system and battery cell products that meet the project requirements on schedule.

(3) Complete the battery production process summary and battery testing report, and report the work to the leader.

2. Development of sodium ion battery models.

(1) Optimize the existing model structure design based on project requirements and customer input product model requirements, and independently complete product development when new model requirements arise.

(2) Based on the product development milestones, advance the overall progress of model development to ensure timely delivery of batteries.

(3) Complete the battery production process summary and battery testing report, and report the work to the leader.

3. Project initiation. Capable of independently writing project proposals and necessary project documents throughout the entire project lifecycle.

4. Other jobs.

(1) Participate in daily management, skill training, safety education, etc. for general technical personnel and auxiliary operators.

(2) Complete daily departmental management work and other tasks assigned by leaders.
